So, here is the shortest and full working method to swap memory i.e. internal storage and external storage on Nokia X...\

Steps :-

1. Most important ( Your phone must be rooted) .. and install TWRP OR CWM
2. Download the attachment.
3. Reebot to cwm or TWRP
4. flash it.
