Instructions

• Download and install: Nokia_Care_Suite_5.2.92.1418.exe

• Download and unzip: UserGroupsConfiguration.zip

• Replace NOKIA CARE SUITE server authentication file:

Replace the file as shown below:

Download the official ROM

• Run Nokia Care Suite software, double-click packet manager ( Data Package Manager ). OK Nokia Care Suite server is selected, and then click OK (OK).

Note : If for some reason, Nokia Care Suite server can not be verified, click Work Offline ( Work offline ), and click OK ( OK ). In the packet manager ( Data Package Manager ) window upper left corner , click on the file ( File ), and then click on the online work ( Work Online ) and click OK ( OK ).

• Complete Product Type and Product ID (Product Type & Product Code), remove the battery cover that can be seen;

Click Search ( Search ) button. Right-click the found file, and then click to download the selected file (Download Selected ), wait for the download is complete to 100%

• The need to use the packet manager ( Data Package Manager ) and have downloaded the official ROM package local friends, you can copy the above step, please omit ROM package to the following directory: C: / ProgramData / Nokia / Packages / Products / RM - XXX (XXX for your RM, RM-XXX = Product Type, you can find your RM and product model, product number linked with, for example, my Nokia XL's RM is RM-1030)

Brush start

• Run Nokia Care Suite software and double-click the Store 5.0 Product Support Tools ( Product Support Tool For Store 5.0 ). Click Work Offline ( Work offline ), remain in no connection ( No Connection ) mode.

• In Store 5.0 Product Support Tools ( Product Support Tool For Store 5.0 ) the top left corner, click File (File ), and then click to open product ( Open Product ).

Find your Nokia Android phone model, or in the filter box ( Filter Box input) in your phone product type (I entered the RM-1030 ), select your Nokia Android phones, and then click Open ( Open ).

• In Store 5.0 Product Support Tools ( Product Support Tool For Store 5.0 ) the top left corner, click File (File ), and then click to open product ( Open Product ).

• your phone off , volume minus key and the power key together hold down until the phone to vibrate , then release the power button . 15 seconds after the opening volume minus key . USB port to connect the phone to a computer's USB port, make connections, resume (phone and computer Recovery ) window, click Retry ( Retry ).

• Brush the process of waiting for the end, after the end click the Close (Close)
